Jane has been apart of Ohio Agr-iWoman for many years now. She has helped raise awareness for the organization and help bring more involvement from women of both Preble and Butler Counties

Past President
Racheal has been involved in number other agriculture organizations such as Soybean Council and Farm Bureau. Rachael has also served as the President of Ohio Agri-Women in the past.

Past President
Lauren is a writer & blogger at freelance writer and farrowing house manager at Schwab Family Farm.

Germaine has served as Treasurer for OAW for serval years.
